HOW IT STARTED
Modern life is basically an endless stress test: work, training, screens, caffeine, late nights, early mornings, pressure to perform, and not enough time to rest.
Plenty of brands try to help but most miss what men actually want:
a) Simple (no complicated stacks)
b) Consistent (you actually stick to it)
c) No trade-offs (no groggy “sleep-aid hangover”)
d) Tastes good (because you won’t take it otherwise)
So we sought out to do just that.
THE SCIENCE
There are a lot of “forms” of magnesium.
We chose magnesium glycinate because all our current evidence points to glycinate being the best form for routines focused on relaxation and sleep quality.
